AmCapital Bakrie Sumatra Plantation (UNSP, Rp500) Domba Mas acquisition may be completed this or next week

Bakrie Sumatra, the oil palm and rubber plantation controlled by Bakrie group, is expecting the transaction of Domba Mas’ asset acquisition to be completed by this week or at the latest next week, citing Finance Director Harry M. Nadir. Domba Mas is North-Sumatra based oleochemical producer. Bakrie Sumatra has completed rights offering to buy Domba Mas along with some oil palm and rubber plantations last March.
