AmCapital Semen Gresik (SMGR, Rp8,250) Danareksa and PPA bought 1.25% stake from the Rajawali Group

The Government of Indonesia (via Danareksa and Perusahaan Pengelola Aset or PPA), finally bought the 1.25% stake in Semen Gresik, Indonesia’s largest cement producer by capacity, from the Rajawali Group, local newspaper reported, citing the Managing Director of Rajawali Group Darjoto Setyawan. The group sold its stakes in Semen Gresik at Rp7,000 per share.
