Mandiri Sekuritas Telkom will divest some of its ‘minority ownership’ subsidiaries (TLKM, Rp9,250, Buy, TP:R12,000)

Telkom plans to divest its ‘minority ownership’ subsidiaries as part of the business consolidation strategy. Hence, in the future Telkom will only own subsidiaries which it has majority ownership. Currently, Telkom is in the process to divest its 40% ownership in PT Petrakom and 25% ownership in PT Citra Sari Makmur (CSM).
