AmCapital Berau Energy (Non Listed) Shares listing on August with target of US$100mn-US$200mn

Berau Energy, the parent company of Indonesia’s fifth largest coal producer Berau Coal, may list 18.2% of its shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August, local newspaper reported. The company had submitted the preliminary share listing document to the Exchange last Friday, a Director at IDX said. Danatama Makmur, Credit Suisse Securities, JP Morgan Securities, and Recapital Securities will arrange the share sales, the report said. Targeted funds from the share listing may be US$100-200mn, Houston Jusuf, the President Director of Danatama said.
