Controlling shareholder of publicly listed property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), PT Argo Manunggal Land Development, tonight sets a book building to offer 4.60 billion shares or 25.75% stakes in Alam Sutera to global investors at discount price of 2.33%-11.63% from the market price of Rp215 per share.
