AmCapital Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI, Rp2,500) Green-shoe shares to be released at Rp2,500 per share

Government plans to sell its 473.89mn (3.1% stake) green-shoe shares of Bank Negara Indonesia at Rp2,500, local newspaper reported. It has not decided the timing for the share sale. Meanwhile the bank also plans to hold a right issue by selling additional 11% stake. It is expecting to raise up to Rp6tn from the right issue.
