Summarecon Agung is optimistic that it will book as much as Rp1.00tn in sales in the 2H10 due to favorable interest rate and demand. The company’s Royal Orchard Kelapa Gading will be the driver of revenue in the second half. The area has 90 units with ASP of Rp4.00bn per unit, where 90.0% has been sold.
The company has also started the sale of the Gading Serpong Tangerang (300 units) and Grisea cluster (160 units), where sales is expected to reach Rp200.0bn and Rp240.0bn. In addition the new clusters in Summarecon Bekasi will be put in the market this October, and expected to contribute Ro200.0bn.
SMRA is trading at 2011F consensus PER of 20.9x and EV/EBITDA of 11.2x
