· Multistrada Arah Sarana, the tire producer, is allocating US$129.5mn to support its car tire production target of 28.500 units per day. Currently, the company produces 17,500 car tires per day. Funds are from the US$143.0mn bank loan syndication with 5 years tenor.
· The company cites that the expansion is due to increased export demand especially from the US . Around 70-80% of sales are for the export market. The expansion is expected to be completed in 1H11.
